Is the US' approach to enemy combantants with Al Queda and in Iraq vastly different that past experiences with Britain's interactions with the IRA? Is there overall a global mistreatment of these "uncategorized" fighters? Is Israel's treatment of Hezzbolah militia prisoners inhumane?
